This fantastic and cosy boutique hotel is located in the safe and stylish Gracia district, is only 5 minutes walk away from Gaudi´s famous Park Guell, and in front of the Gracia Public Library, a FAD prized for best architecture in Spain and Portugal in 1996 by architect Josep Llinas. It´s only a 1 minute walk from the metro stop Lesseps on line 3, which goes directly to Passeig de Gracia in just 2 metro stops, and Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in 3 stops, and is on many bus routes - numbers 28, 87, 92 and 129. The building is in rationalist style and each room has recently been refurbished. All the rooms are exterior, with lots of light, and brand new private bathroom with hydromassage shower.The accommodation has a large diningroom with kitchen to prepare your own meals and breakfast. All the rooms have 24 hours high speed WIFI.

There is also a private apartment on the groundfloor that has one big bedroom with a king-size double bed, a sofabed in the interior living room which can be made into an extra double bed, and a brand new private bathroom and large kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing your own meals.
