Very nice apartment by Las Ramblas!  Just refurbished accommodation, all with private bathrooms and access to a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. An affordable alternative to Las Ramblas hotels.

This is a fantastic apartment located in a historical building on Las Ramblas. It's in one of the most exciting and vibrant areas of Barcelona and you won´t find anywhere more central. It's just a 2 minute walk from Plaza Reial, Gaudi´s Palau Guell, la Boqueria Market, the seaside, and the Cathedral.

Despite its modern facilities, this building has been completely refurbished yet retains its Classical character which dates back to the 19th century.  The apartment is located on the 4th floor with a small elevator, and has 3 rooms.  All of the rooms are cosy and comfortable, with a kingsize double bed, renovated en suite bathrooms, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a lounge area and a free 24-hour internet WI-FI connection.  

A public car park is just a 1 minute walk from the apartment and is available at the standard city rate of 25 € per night. Our accommodation is family-orientated and non-smoking. No stag or hen parties allowed.

Rates

The Rate is from 30 € per person during low season (1st Nov - 14th Mar). Alternatively the Rate during high season (15th Mar - 31st Oct) is from 35 € per person.

Prices may vary on public holidays and festivals.
