The apartment is located on the very safe area of the Gracia district 5 minutes walk to Park Guell by architect Gaudí. One minute walk from metro Lesseps line 3, driving you directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and buses number 28, 87, 92 and 129. The building is in rationalist style and each apartment is recently refurbished.
The apartment consists on a big room with one double king's double bed, a closet and livingroom. There is a sofabed at the livingroom to allocate an extra double bed. There is a big kitchen is private and fully equipped to prepare your own meals and breakfast. The apartment has 1 full bathroom.
