This fantastic and cosy boutique hotel with only 10 rooms, is located in the safe and stylish Gracia district, is only 5 minutes walk away from Gaudi´s famous Park Guell and in front of Gracia Public Library by architect Josep Llinas, that won the FAD design prize for best architecture in 1996, and the large public market Lesseps with lots of shop and fresh fish. It's only a 1 minute walk from the metro Lesseps on line 3, which goes directly to Paseig de Gracia, in just 2 stops, and Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas in 3 stops, and is on many bus routes - numbers 28, 87, 92 and 129. The building is in rationalist style and each room is exterior, with lots of light, and has recently been refurbished with brand new private bathroom and hydromassage shower.

There is also one cosy studio apartment in the groundfloor, that has one large Suite bedroom with a double bed king-size, a sofabed in the living room which can be made into an extra double bed. It also has a private bathroom and large kitchen, interior, which is fully equipped for preparing your own meals and breakfast. The property is family-orientated, and we have a no smoking policy. No stag or hen parties allowed.

The price includes 7% VAT, bed linen, a set of 2 towels per person and tourist information upon arrival. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals, and a light self-service breakfast can be provided upon request, for an extra fee of 10 EUR per person.
