Gran y lujoso apartamento en el centro de Barcelona solo a un minuto de Rambla Catalunya. Este apartamento tipo art Nouveau con un amplio salón y una cocina totalmente equipada, mucha luz, cuenta con en total 3 habitaciones. Cada una ha sido recientemente renovadas,  puede alojar  hasta 5 personas. Se encuentra en el barrio del Eixample solo a una calle de la avenida de compras mas popular, Rambla Catalunya, el centro de barcelona, una calle peatonal con las mejores tiendas y restaurantes. Además muy cerca de la principal avenida, Passeig de Gracia, famosa por su arquitectura modernista tales como La pedrera y La Casa Batllo de Gaudi.

En esta area hay restaurantes como  Gaig, el restaurante de Tapas 5Js, Lasarte, Petit Comité, la Taverneta o la popular Cerveceria Catalana. También estarás muy cerca de famosos locales nocturnos como el Bar Berlín, Club Solo, cocteleria Dry Martini, Opium Cinema o el Roxy Club. Consell de Cent y Rambla Catalunya ademas estan llenas de Galerias de Arte.

El apartamento tiene una habitación doble, una habitacion con 2 camas sencillasy una habitacion sencilla, dos baños, un salón con una amplia TV, un hermoso hall de entrada y una decoración con mucho estilo. Hay un parking público muy cerca del apartamento, disponible al precio estandar de 25 eur por noche. Ambiente familiar. No se permiten animales, todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores, y fiestas de despedida de soltero o soltera no están permitidas.
