The apartment has one shower room and toilette. There is a large terrace very sunny and living room, with all the amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located just one minute walk from the metro station, metro Badal L5 and will take you to the center in 5 to 10 minutes.

The apartment is recently been refurbished with flat TV with TDT connection, wooden floors, air conditioning in the livingroom, and dining space.
