Large luxury apartment in the centre of Barcelona just one minute walk from Rambla Catalunya. This Art Nouveau apartment with one large livingroom and kitchen that is fully equipped, with lots of light, and has 3 rooms in total, one room with king's bed and bathroom, another one with an individual bed, and a third room with two individual twin beds and bathroom, each one recently refurbished for up to 6 people. It is in the very center of Barcelona, just one block from the most popular shopping avenue of La Rambla de Catalunya, a pedestrian street with all the shops, and best restaurants of Barcelona. And very close to the  main Avenue, Passeig de Gracia, famous for its modernist architecture such as Gaudi´s La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, is just 1 block away.

This area is full of restaurants, such as Gaig, the tapas restaurant of 5Js, Lasarte, Petit Comité, la Taverneta, or infront of the popular Cerveceria Catalana. Also, you are nearby nightlife for locals such as Berlin, Club Solo, cocteleria Dry Martini, Opium Cinema, Sutton, or Roxie Club. Consell de Cent and Rambla Catalunya are also full of art galleries.

The apartment has 3 rooms, a double bedroom with large king's bed, balcony, TV and bathroom, one twin room and one smaller room with an individual bed,  and another bathroom, a large living room with large  TV with satelite TV, a beautifull entrance and very stylish decor, with a large galery room with lots of light. There´s a public car parking 1 near  the apartment, available at the standard city rate of 25 EUR per night. Familiar environment. No pets allowed, all rooms are non-smoking, and stag parties are not allowed.

Rate is from 27 € per person during low season (1st Nov - 14th Mar). Rate is from 30 € per person during high season (15th Mar - 31st Oct).
